Too good to share!

This week I've been working from home a lot so lucky me has been filling my breaks with home baked sweets and treats.

This has to be one of the easiest sweets you could ever make, but they're so moreish you're going to want to make them over and over again.

Peanut butter cups!

The best thing about this recipe is you won't need an oven!

All you need to do is melt your chocolate in a bowl over some water & make a layer of chocolate in 10 cupcake cases. Pop that in the freezer for 15 minutes and while it's there mix up a bowl of peanut butter, icing sugar and butter until smooth.

I always have a play around with the measurements but if you're looking for something simple I'd say 1/2 table spoon of butter, 1 table spoon of peanut butter & 1 table spoon of sugar should be about right.

Take your chocolates out of the freezer add a layer of your peanut butter mix, knock on a surface to even and pop them back in the freezer for another 15 minutes and finally add your top layer of chocolate freeze one last time and voila! - peanut butter cups!

They don't need to look perfect because they're not going to be on display for long. You might noticed there aren't ten on the plate anymore? Well between putting them out and taking photos...oooh say 30 seconds, I couldn't wait so a few might have been eaten already - oops!

I can easily get through ten on my own so you might want to make more!
